The Coroner’s Court of Western Australia is a specialist court established to conduct investigations into certain deaths. The purpose of such investigations are to determine the cause and manner of someone’s death. The Coroner will, in some instances, hold an inquest during their investigation to gather and consider evidence relating to someone’s death.
